Troubleshooting

Teams still shows me as away

1. Open System Settings → Privacy & Security → Accessibility and make sure GreenLight is switched on.
2. Check Privacy & Security → Automation and allow GreenLight to control System Events. This is how it finds the Teams window.
3. Make sure the Teams window is open, not just minimized to the Dock.
4. If you use Scheduled mode, check that today is one of your selected days and the time is inside your hours.

The menu bar dot is a ring, not solid

That means GreenLight is in Scheduled mode and waiting for your next active hours. It starts on its own.

Uninstalling

Choose Quit GreenLight from its menu, then drag GreenLight from Applications to the Trash.

Tips and refunds

GreenLight is free. Tips are optional, one-time payments processed by Stripe, and they appear on your statement as GREENLIGHT. There's no subscription and nothing is charged again.

If you tipped by mistake or want your money back, email greenlight@pricepilot.cloud within 30 days with the email address you used at checkout and I'll refund it in full, no questions asked.
